ESES ELITE VINYL SERIES

Construction

Aluminum Reinforcement for Strength

Unlike traditional vinyl windows, ES Elite Vinyl windows, similar to hurricane impact windows designed to withstand severe weather conditions, have an aluminum frame inside the vinyl. This design has the strength of an aluminum frame and the thermal insulation of vinyl.

Pressure rated up to +60/-60 PSF on single hung and horizontal roller and up to +80/-80 PSF on fixed windows.

Heavy-Duty Vinyl Frames: Provide exceptional strength and longevity, ensuring the windows can withstand severe weather conditions.

  • Advanced Weatherstripping and Sealing Systems: Prevent air and water infiltration, maintaining the window’s integrity and energy efficiency.

Performance

The ES uPVC series is engineered to deliver some of the strongest storm protection performance ratings in the industry. With standard pressure ratings ranging from 60 to 80 PSF and select products exceeding 100 PSF, these windows are designed to withstand the harshest coastal conditions. Built to meet the demands of Florida’s tough weather, including hurricanes and high-velocity winds, the ES uPVC series provides reliable impact resistance and structural strength, making them an ideal choice for homes in storm-prone areas. These windows offer peace of mind by combining top-tier storm protection with long-lasting durability, ensuring your home is prepared for the most extreme environments.

Efficiency

The ES uPVC series windows come standard with Solarban® 70 Low-E glass, one of the most advanced solar control options on the market. Solarban® 70, a triple-silver-coated Low-E glass, offers an exceptional balance between visible light transmittance (VLT), solar control, and clarity. This high-performance glass is designed to reduce heat transfer, helping maintain interior comfort and improve energy efficiency, especially in warmer climates. By minimizing heat gain, Solarban® 70 allows for smaller, more efficient HVAC systems, offering potential cost savings over time.

What sets ES apart is that high-quality glass options like Solarban® 70, which are often considered upgrades for other brands, come standard in the uPVC line. This gives homeowners the benefit of superior energy efficiency and UV protection without the need for additional upgrades, making these windows an excellent choice for maximizing comfort and reducing energy costs in sun-exposed areas.

Aesthetics

The ES uPVC series stands out for its modern, progressive design that aligns with the sleek, contemporary aesthetic increasingly preferred in coastal regions. These windows are crafted to complement the architectural style of coastal homes, combining clean lines and innovative design with high performance. With a range of customizable options—including various styles, configurations, colors, and hardware finishes—the ES uPVC series is built to seamlessly blend with modern homes while offering the durability and storm protection needed for coastal environments. The focus on cutting-edge design makes these windows a perfect fit for homeowners looking to enhance their space with a forward-thinking, stylish solution.

Warranty

Coverage:
Hardware: 3-year limited warranty on hardware components such as gaskets, screens, and moving parts.
uPVC Vinyl Frame: Lifetime limited warranty for original retail purchasers. The warranty covers the uPVC vinyl material against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for as long as the original owner occupies the residence.
Glass
- Laminated Glass: 10-year warranty covering de-lamination of laminated glass.
- Insulated Glass: 20-year limited warranty against failure of the insulated glass seal, which may cause obstruction of vision due to dust collection or film formation between the panes.
- Laminated Exterior Foils: 20-year warranty on exterior laminate foils applied to uPVC frames.

Transferability:
- Residential Transfer: If the property is sold, the warranty can be transferred to the new owner. However, the coverage for the remaining duration of the standard warranty applies (not the lifetime coverage). If not transferred, the standard 10-year warranty is applied.
- Glass & Laminated Glass: Warranty for glass components follows the same terms as above—20 years for insulated glass and 10 years for laminated glass.

Exclusions:
- Labor Costs: The warranty does not cover labor or installation costs related to the repair or replacement of any products.
- Environmental Conditions: The warranty excludes damage caused by external conditions such as improper installation, blocked weep holes, improper storage, handling, or building-related issues like wall or foundation movement. Damage due to natural conditions like mold, fungus, salty atmospheres, or acts of God (e.g., wind, fire, floods) is also excluded.
- Corrosion: Any corrosion, discoloration, or wear of the vinyl components caused by environmental factors such as salty atmospheres is not covered.
- Maintenance: The warranty requires that all products must be washed and maintained regularly—at least four times per year—with traceable evidence (maintenance log from a professional cleaning company). Failure to do so will void the warranty.
- Glass Breakage & Stress Cracks: These are not covered under the warranty.

Glass Coverage:
- Laminated Glass: 10-year warranty covering delamination.
- Insulated Glass: 20-year limited warranty covering seal failure that results in obstruction of vision due to dust or film between the panes.

Hardware:
- The hardware components such as gaskets, screens, and moving parts come with a 3-year warranty from the date of product delivery.

Warranty Transfer:
To transfer the warranty, the new owner must notify ES Windows within 90 days of the transfer by completing the online warranty transfer form at [ES Windows Warranty](https://eswindows.com/warranty-certificate/). If the warranty is not transferred, it defaults to a 10-year warranty.

Conditions for Warranty:
- Registration: The warranty must be registered within 90 days from the product's delivery. Failure to register within this time will result in the default 10-year warranty.
- Claim Process: Any claims must be submitted within 90 days of discovering a defect, including product identification, photos, videos, and a description of the problem. ES may charge a fee for on-site inspection if the warranty coverage is unclear.
